With her university degree in Property Economics, Cherie has managed commercial real estate all around the country - from high-rise office towers and retail shopping centres to large warehouse distribution centres.  

Cherie has enjoyed working with some of the best asset managers, solicitors and sales agents this country has on offer. 

This has armed her with a broad range of commercial property management skills and strong industry networks.

Cherie knows how to maximise cashflow, unlock equity, minimise risk and ensure tenant retention - basically, get the best out of your commercial property investment...

Cherie is both a commercial tenant and commercial property owner - so she understands both sides of the equation.
