Cherie is the owner of Your Commercial Property Specialist, recognised as the leading commercial real estate agency in the region.

Cherie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Economics Degree and with over 20 years experience in commercial real estate; she has managed billion-dollar portfolios for some of the largest, owner fund managers in the country, - giving Cherie REAL-life experience that the Coffs Coast commercial property market can now benefit from.

Cherie holds VP board member positions on the Chamber of Commerce, City Centre Master Plan Committee and Small Business Friendly Committee with Coffs Harbour City Council. Cherie holds these positions in our community to help ensure, where possible, fair and reasonable outcomes are achieved for our local businesses, property owners and the wider Coffs Coast community.

Cherie has held various voluntary roles over the years, helping raise thousands of dollars for local charities and is always willing to share her knowledge and experience, to help the business community she so passionately believes in.

Cherie is both a Landlord and tenant - so understands both side of the fence when it comes to property relationships.
Cherie has been involved with successfully developing both commercial and residential buildings in the region while also project managing fitout and new build projects for her clients.

Cherie is a country girl, having grown up on a large farm, Cherie moved to Coffs Harbour when her Dad fell very ill to help support her Mum- since then; Cherie's corporate real estate background, pure grit and tenaciousness has played a pivotal role to help shape the future of the city she proudly calls home.

Cherie entrenches herself into helping make the Coffs Coast the vibrant; strong economic hub and community it is.
