Annie is an absolute dynamo - throwing everything she has at ensuring Your CPS clients, tenants and trades have the best possible experience when dealing with our company.

With a pharmaceutical background, Annie is very intelligent and empathetic and fast made her way through the ranks; joining CPS as a Property Services Assistant and since being promoted to Property Manager & EA - thanks to her ability to quickly learn, adapt and apply.

Responsible for trust accounting, repairs and maintenance management, processing lease renewals and rent reviews - Annie certainly takes the serious role of Property Manager in her stride; bringing her big grin, bad dad-jokes and tunes to lighten up the team... ensuring there's plenty of laughs to be shared.

Annie is proactive, diligent and dedicated to assisting our team achieve solid results for our valued clients.
